Preventive drain cleaning and de-scaling

The flow of your drainage network can be slowed down by the build-up of scale, fat or debris. Build-ups can induce water bellies, leaks and, in time, all kind of damages and blockages. This is the time to do a preventive cleaning and remove the depot before it is too late. A simple CCTV survey will give you a full status report about the state of your drains.

Root removal

Root intrusions, at best, slow down or obstruct the flow of your drain. In the worse case scenario, roots can irremediably damage the pipes, causing holes and displaced joints leading to leakage and contributing to the collapse of the drains. Sceptic Tank Maintenance

A septic tank is a system that breakdowns waste matters before discharging into the ground or watercourse. Cess-pools are a more basic system where the waste collects in a tank and has to be emptied periodically. The efficiency of the installation determines the final water quality. Regulations require that the Environment Agency will test the water quality on all new installations before issuing a permit to discharge. These units can be used to empty gullies, manholes, catch pits, culverts, grease traps and septic tanks.

Planned maintenance

A1 UK DRAINS ltd can tailor a planned maintenance service for your drainage system. This service applies to both your sewage network and rainwater system and includes drain jetting, removing roots, grease treatment, guttering clearing and so forth.
